Maintenance Agreements

Pre-Paid Hours: 
Gateway Internet Services can offer your company a pre-paid support agreement. You can purchase pre-paid blocks of 10 or 20 hours at a time to be used whenever you like. You are not limited to using those hours every month, the unused portion of hours carry over into the next month.

Reporting: 
Gateway Internet Services will keep track of details of each site visit such as hours spent on site and details of work completed.
